Mushroom bisque served with house made Guinness wheaten bread & Guinness butter 

Spinach Salad with feta and roasted beets with a house made balsamic vinaigrette (GF) 

Second Course 

Shrimp cocktail served on a bed of lettuce with Marie Rose sauce 

House cured smoked Salmon on Guiness wheaten bread with dill cream fraiche & mix greens 

Warm Goat Cheese & fig tartlet with caramelized onion. 

Third Course 

Truffle crusted Petite Filet Mignon with a Béarnaise sauce 

Chilean seabass served with a sundried tomato pesto cream sauce (GF) 

Wholegrain mustard and garlic encrusted rack of lamb with a rosemary red wine demi- glace
